One of our specialties involves the appraisal of agricultural properties. These are different from typical residential properties in that considerations must be given to the productivity of the land, the location with respect to Co-ops, elevators and other amenities not located on the site.

For agricultural properties, we have a wide variety of report types that we prepare. For smaller, undeveloped agricultural parcels, typically a landform is utilized. For larger parcels or properties that include improvements such as homes or outbuildings, either a farm form or narrative report is prepared.
